Stolen Stuff - Should I feel guilty?

This weekend, someone got into my vehicle, as well as a number of others throughout the neighborhood and cleaned house on some of the church's equipment I had in there for Sunday's service. If you have ever had something stolen from you, it is really an awful thing. Some people talk about how they can't feel safe in their own home anymore, and they never know who might be lurking in the bushes.

I don't really feel this way. Instead I feel angry that I have to feel bad about someone else violating our family's privacy and stealing from us. Why should I feel bad? Why should I live in fear? No, I will not. I refuse to do it. You will not find a shotgun behind my door, and you will not see a new security system installed at my home. "But Milo, what if this burglar had decided to break into your home as well, while you and your family were asleep?" No, I will not live in fear...

Gen 15:1 After these things, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, Have no fear, Abram: I will keep you safe, and great will be your reward.

I know that God has a plan for my life, He will be my protector.
